NSITE offers a program that builds key sales, communications, and customer service skills through our Customer-Centered Communications Workshop. NSITE has partnered with Baker Communications Inc. (BCI), recognized as one of the leading sales training providers, for the virtual instructor-led delivery of our Customer-Centered Communications workshop.
This highly engaging and participatory workshop is delivered virtually over four consecutive days (four hours per session) and covers topics including:
- Pre-Engagement Research
- Making Contact
- Calibrating the Conversation
- Discovering Needs
- Navigating Objections and Fears
- Presenting the Solution
Learning Outcomes
The NSITE Customer-Centered Communications workshop provides comprehensive training on a six-part system of organized selling. After the successful completion of the Workshop, participants will be able to :
- Build greater trust with customers.
- Deliver specific customer outcomes effectively; and
- Achieve world-class customer service and sales performance

If you are an employee of an NIB associated Nonprofit Agency, you may qualify for an NIB Training and Professional Development grant.
If you have an open case with a State Vocational Rehabilitation Agency, we can assist you in requesting tuition funding for this program through your VR Counselor.
Who may apply
All who are interested in improving their sales and communications skills may enroll. All NSITE programs are adapted for the learning styles of blind and low-vision learners. Therefore, qualified applicants who are blind or have low vision receive enrollment preference in case classes fill up.
