    • Virtual Instructor-Led Group Sessions: 24 bi-weekly virtual instructor-led sessions, focusing on professional demeanor, communication, and time management.
    • Self-Study Activities: Weekly tasks (up to 10 hours) designed to reinforce learning through independent application.
    • Personalized Support: Weekly one-on-one calls with a Case Support Specialist to address challenges and track progress.
    • Continuous Learning Reinforcement: Notifications and reminders ensure participants stay engaged and motivated throughout the program.
  3. Custom Platform Design
    • The program leverages a purpose-built platform created by My New Behavior, offering an accessible and intuitive interface tailored to the needs of blind and visually impaired individuals.

    • The program’s structure includes input from State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agencies, ensuring alignment with participants’ vocational goals.
